Progress Tracking: Charts, Muscle Heatmap and PRs

Logging is only useful if it turns into insight. GrabGains converts your workout history into per-exercise charts, a muscle heatmap, estimated one-rep maxes and a record overview — plus body weight and measurements to track the result.

Per-exercise strength charts

See how your top sets and volume develop on every lift over time.

Muscle heatmap & balance

A visual map of which muscles get how much weekly volume, with a training-balance view that exposes neglected areas.

Estimated 1RM and PRs

One-rep max estimates from your working sets and an automatic personal-record overview across all lifts.

Body tracking

Weight with a 7-day rolling average, plus optional chest, waist, hip, arm and thigh measurements.

From data to decisions

The same data feeds your AI coach's weekly and monthly reviews: volume trends, new records, your biggest movers and muscle balance. Instead of scrolling through history yourself, you get told what changed and what deserves attention.

Streaks and badges keep the habit visible — weekly streaks reward consistency, not perfection.

Häufige Fragen

Does GrabGains calculate my 1RM?

Yes, GrabGains shows an estimated one-rep max based on your logged working sets, so you can gauge strength progress without maxing out.

What does the muscle heatmap show?

It visualizes your weekly training volume per muscle group, making it easy to spot imbalances — for example a lot of pressing volume but little for the back side.

Can I track body weight and measurements?

Yes. Body weight is tracked with a 7-day rolling average to smooth daily fluctuation, and you can optionally log chest, waist, hip, arm and thigh measurements.
