Account deletion

Delete your GrabGains account

Enter the email address of your account, confirm with the code we send you, and everything is removed. You do not need the app for this.

What gets deleted

Your profile, username and profile photo
All workouts, sets, personal records and progress
Posts, photos, comments, likes and follows
Your body measurements and check-ins
Your coach conversations and notification settings

What happens after that

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Encrypted database backups can still contain your data for up to seven days, after which they expire automatically. Your photos are not in those backups and are gone right away.

Your newsletter subscription is stored separately. Use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails to opt out of that.

Then it is quicker from there: Profile, Settings, Delete account.

No longer have access to your email?

Mail [email protected] and we will help you delete your account.
