Rick Arink is the co-founder of GrabGains, where he combines his background in Business Administration with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and a passion for fitness and performance.

With a Master's degree from the University of Twente, Rick has built his career around using data to guide strategy, optimize performance, and eliminate guesswork. This same approach is at the core of GrabGains: where training programs, content, and features are built on proven principles rather than trends or assumptions.

Outside of his professional work, Rick is actively involved in sports as both an athlete and a football coach. Coaching has shaped his belief that real progress comes from structure, consistency, and the right guidance. He brings this philosophy directly into GrabGains, ensuring the platform helps users improve through smarter, more effective training.
