Experience

Tim Renting is a licensed physiotherapist, manual therapist, and sports physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in fitness and movement. His career spans clinical physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, ski and snowboard instruction, and fitness coaching — giving him a uniquely well-rounded perspective on how the body moves and recovers.

Tim has been practicing as an allround physiotherapist since 2022 and brings clinical experience from multiple physiotherapy practices. Prior to that, he served as a rehabilitation trainer at a professional football club, where he was part of the medical staff designing return-to-play programs for injured athletes. His career in fitness started back in 2014 as a fitness instructor, and he has over 10 years of experience as a ski and snowboard instructor.

At GrabGains, Tim applies his clinical expertise to review and verify exercise content, ensuring that every movement guide is anatomically accurate, safe, and aligned with best practices in physiotherapy and sports science. His hands-on experience treating real patients and rehabilitating athletes adds a critical layer of quality assurance to the platform.

Education

Tim earned his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Saxion University of Applied Sciences (2017-2022). He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Physical Therapy at Saxion (2024-2027), which integrates both a MSc in Sports Physiotherapy and a MSc in Manual Therapy into a single program — further deepening his specialization in movement, performance, and hands-on treatment.
