Experience

Tim Renting is a licensed physiotherapist with a strong background in fitness, movement, and sports coaching. His experience combines clinical physiotherapy with hands-on coaching, giving him a practical perspective on how the body performs and recovers. 

He has been working as a physiotherapist since 2022, gaining experience in multiple physiotherapy practices. Alongside his clinical work, Tim has several years of experience as a fitness instructor and over a decade as a ski and snowboard instructor.

Earlier in his career, he was briefly involved as a rehabilitation trainer at an amateur football club competing at a high level (first-class Sunday league), where he supported return-to-play processes during one season.

At GrabGains, Tim applies his clinical expertise to review and verify exercise content, ensuring that every movement guide is anatomically accurate, safe, and aligned with best practices in physiotherapy and sports science. His hands-on experience treating real patients and rehabilitating athletes adds a critical layer of quality assurance to the platform.

Education

Tim earned his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Saxion University of Applied Sciences (2017-2022). He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Physical Therapy at Saxion (2024-2027), which integrates both a MSc in Sports Physiotherapy and a MSc in Manual Therapy into a single program — further deepening his specialization in movement, performance, and hands-on treatment.
